Unless there is an extenuating circumstance, determined on a case-by-case basis, we do not issue refunds. This policy protects us from individuals who attempt to use our services for free (i.e. printing out Cheat Sheets for drafts and then requesting a refund or individuals using our DFS and Betting content for a weekend slate and then requesting a refund). We are transparent with all the content we provide, as seen in What You Get.
